Can I sue a company for providing a harmful service and personal injury?

There are some massage salons where people are doing massages including pain management. I used this service 3 or 4 times, and when I went to the salon, I don't think those people certified or licensed massage therapists because they don't speak English, so was not able to pass the certificate exam. They are doing painful massages as if it is for pain management, and after my last time which was the 4th time, my legs hurts, I feel like I have a dislocation at my ankle, maybe they misplaced something? And at my knee I feel severe pain. Can you help in this case?

First, you would have to be able to prove that they harmed you, and what injury they caused as compared to your condition before you started treatment and then you would have to be able to prove that they knew or should have known that the treatment they were giving you would hurt you. File a complaint with the New York State Department of Education with regard to the licence issue.

It's not a case that I would be interested in. The injury doesn't sound severe enough to me. But keep looking.
