How can I obtain recorded statements from a car insurance company?

I am suing someone for damage to my car from a car accident that they caused . I would like to know how I go about obtaining the recorded statements from car insurance company, that the person I am suing gave and that I gave as well.

You will have a real fight on your hands trying to get that statement. It may be deemed immune from disclosure as it could be considered material prepared in contemplation of litigation.
