How should I receive compensation from a car accident?
A friend of mine did not have a car and asked if she could borrow mine. I had 2 cars so I agreed to let her use it. She thought the car was in reverse and hit the gas. She ran into a building and hit a brick wall. She totaled the car valued at. By law, is she required to pay me for the value of the car?
