What can I do if I can no longer get pregnant after a cancer treatment?

When I was 23 months old I was diagnosed with cancer and had total body radiation to shrink the tumor. The total body radiation killed off my eggs and now I can't get pregnant. I am 25 years old and want a child but can't afford adoption, or a surrogate mother to carry my child with someone else's egg. I want the hospital to pay for these costs.

Where's the negligence? It sounds like the hospital saved your life. In any event, if this happened when you were 23 months old and you are now 25 years old, the statute of limitations is long expired.
