What should I do in my slip and fall personal injury accident?

I was involved in a slip and fall accident in a supermarket. But my attorney forgot to schedule me an MRI and the insurance company is coming after me. What shall I do?

Attorneys don't schedule MRI's, doctors do. Why can't one be scheduled now? Or, did you mean "IME"; if one was scheduled and your attorney forgot to tell you, then they should be able to re-schedule it. Why is the insurance company coming after you?
